On May 27, at the IT Park Dushanbe building, the Director of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan held a meeting with representatives of the leading artificial intelligence companies Presight AI of the United Arab Emirates and Scale AI of the United States of America.
It is worth noting that Presight was established in Abu Dhabi in 2020 as part of the G42 technology holding, with a market capitalization of USD 3.7 billion. Presight’s flagship product is the TAQ platform, which incorporates more than 100 artificial intelligence models and is widely used for comprehensive analytics and data-driven decision-making across various sectors, including public services, finance, sports, utilities, climate, and education.
Scale AI was founded in 2016 in San Francisco, California, with a market valuation of USD 25 billion. The company specializes in data annotation and analysis for training artificial intelligence models. Scale AI collaborates with major organizations, including Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, and the United States Department of Defense.
During the meeting, the parties discussed key areas of cooperation within the framework of implementing the National Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan. In this context, they explored opportunities for collaboration in AI workforce development, the advancement of research projects, and the localization of artificial intelligence technologies within the country, including the establishment of GPU clusters and a national cloud data center.
The guests also toured the facilities of IT Park Dushanbe and highly appreciated the infrastructure and opportunities available at the Park.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to expand cooperation and to continue advancing the agreements reached.
