On March 3, 2025, the Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan met with the Permanent Representative of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Tajikistan, Mr. Ko Sakamoto.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on key issues. It was noted that the Asian Development Bank is continuing to develop the “Cooperation Strategy with Tajikistan for 2026–2030.” In this context, it was proposed to include the development of the innovation and digital technology sector in Tajikistan as one of the key priorities of the strategy.
Furthermore, the importance of attracting foreign investment, expanding cooperation, and implementing advanced international practices in this field was emphasized.
The Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies congratulated the ADB Permanent Representative on his appointment and wished him success in his mission in Tajikistan.
