OJSC "Certification Center, Government Services, and Digital Program Development"
OJSC “Certification Center” is engaged in e-government development and the implementation of digital technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Key Projects and Initiatives:
- Implementation of an electronic document management system (EDMS) for internal and interdepartmental use. The system has already been integrated and is being deployed in 22 government agencies across the country.
- Digitization of government services, which have been tested and are ready for full-scale launch, significantly simplifying access to public services.
- Execution of the “Unified Digital Vision” project in collaboration with the Customs Service of the Government of Tajikistan, aimed at optimizing and accelerating cargo processing at border checkpoints.
OJSC “Certification Center” is actively integrating digital solutions to improve government service efficiency and optimize administrative processes nationwide.
Activities in the park
- #12 –Analysis, design, and software development for information systems, including the design, development, implementation (including granting rights to use software, transfer of exclusive rights to software) of information systems, software for computer games, and for any platforms.
- #13 –Activities related to the implementation, support, storage, and utilization of information systems and software developed in collaboration with Park entities, implementation of innovative methods for developing educational (training) programs using information systems.
- #19 –Activities related to the design, development, and implementation of software systems and (or) software and hardware resources based on and (or) using cloud computing technologies, including for information storage, database creation, and software deployment on cloud servers.
