First of all, we would like to note that in order to accelerate the transition from traditional ways of working to digital transformation, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, has declared 2025–2030 the «Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development». It is during this stage of digitalization that the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan has been able to ensure broader citizen access to state services, simplify the application process, and increase the transparency of electronic government services.

Today, IT-Park Dushanbe, as a key center for the development of technology companies in the Republic of Tajikistan, is focused on supporting startups and innovative entrepreneurship, implementing digital solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, expanding activities in the digital economy, information technology, and the development of innovative ecosystems, as well as creating favorable conditions for the integration of the country’s digital infrastructure and human capital.

CJSC «Vakili Khushmand» was registered in 2024 and is a new resident company of IT-Park Dushanbe. With the support of the IT-Park Dushanbe administration, our company plans to develop the field of software development and implementation in the Republic of Tajikistan and provide a wide range of services. Our main area of activity is the development, implementation, and servicing of software, as well as the development and production of software-hardware systems based on new information technologies.

We would like to express our special gratitude to the administration of IT-Park Dushanbe and the leadership of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for:
